Capacity Development Management Information System

A Quick reflection on session delivered inICT training conducted for provincial IT staffs of Sudurpaschim
The participants were very eager to learn, however most of them seem to lack basics of ICT. Probably due to adjustment (samayojan) some offices have new staffs or staffs with non technical background, therefore PLGSP/ PCGG needs to plan and work on strengthening capacity of these IT staffs. Efficient IT staffs at provincial and local government will for sure improve internal efficiency of office and thier service delivery.
